SEABA SNOWCAT SKIING OPERATIONS ...

On March 21st of 2006 SEABA was awarded a State of Alaska Land Use permit to operate snow cat skiing on 3400 acres in the Old Faithful area on Porcupine Peak, one of our most reliable runs in Haines. From this 4,700 foot point on Porcupine Peak, SEABA can dive into deep powder on a variety of terrain, skiing many vertical feet and accessing beautiful old growth hemlock forests and perfect alpine bowls.This mountain is huge, no matter what the weather brings the snow cat rolls.

We will operate on weather days and on crystal clear powder days for those just wishing to ski by snow cat. With consistantly some of the deepest snow on earth the Chilkat range provides a snowcat skiing experience like no where else. Come see what winter is all about.
